People that suffer from burn-out feel burned out, exhausted, empty and powerless. They have no energy, feel emotionally exhausted, experience a constant fatigue, have difficulties in making decisions, and will experience problems in (family) relationships. Physical symptoms of stress are:

Theo Immers, chairman of the Dutch National Centrum Prevention Stress & Burn-out said: “We are seeing the risk group rising enormously due to the Corona crisis. 56 percent of workers will burn-out within zero to six months if they do not receive support now. In 2019 when we also conducted this survey, it was 17 percent.”
Many people are struggling to manage the stress of working from home, to keep their work, to face the current economic situation and to cope with the long working days. 80 percent of the overworked people do not see a burn-out coming.

Acupressure massage
As part of the treatment I will give an acupressure massage of the head and scalp. From my experience all my patients with stress related health issues enjoy this treatment and feel a lot better after each session. In general, the regular amount of treatments is around ten treatments.
